Two New Managers Named

Cargas is pleased to announce the recent management promotions of Nate Scott and Stephanie Schreyer.
Nate Scott was promoted to Manager of Sales & Marketing. Scott will lead revenue and marketing objectives for the company’s vertical software, Cargas Energy as well as their Microsoft Dynamics ERP, CRM and HR practice.
Scott will oversee a team of five professionals and his responsibilities will include:
- Develop and monitor goals aligned with company growth plans.
- Lead relationships and opportunities with key accounts and partners.
- Market analysis, branding strategies and competitive positioning.
- Strategic planning as a member of the organizational Leadership Team.
Scott joined Cargas Systems in 2006 and has over decade of experience working in sales, marketing and project management. His ambitious demeanor, consultative approach, and appreciation for technology make Scott an ideal fit for sales and marketing management.
Stepanie Schreyer was promoted to Support Manager. Schreyer will lead a newly created technical support department for the company’s vertical software, Cargas Energy as well as their Microsoft Dynamics ERP, CRM and HR practice.
She will oversee a team of three support professionals and her responsibilities will include:
- Develop and maintain proactive strategies, processes and plans to ensure customer satisfaction with Cargas support and products.
- Work collaboratively with customers and the Cargas operations and product development teams to exceed expectations for support resolution.
- Develop and maintain a knowledgebase for the delivery of solutions to common support questions.
- Strategic planning as a member of the organizational Leadership Team.
Schreyer joined Cargas Systems in 2006 and has over 20 years of experience in customer service, sales and project management. Her creativity and passion for customer care make Schreyer an ideal fit to focus on support management.
Schreyer holds a Master Degree in Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Microbiology from Penn State University. She resides in New Holland Borough.
