Upcoming - Systems Consultant (Lancaster, PA)
We expect to have an opening for a Systems Consultant in the next 6 to 12 months, so we are starting now to look for a person who is an excellent fit. You will analyze business processes and support the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics GP and Cargas software with configuration to support customer requirements. You will need to work collaboratively within project teams to meet customer-defined project success criteria, accomplish tasks within the customer’s budget and time frame, and be able to set proper expectations both internally and with customers. The ability to work independently along with excellent interpersonal, analytical, communication, and customer service skills are essential. You must be able to pass Microsoft Certification Exams within 90 days. We are looking for a person with a high degree of curiosity and the ability to think creatively. Sound exciting? Upcoming - Energy Systems Consultant (Lancaster, PA)
We expect to have an opening for an Energy Systems Consultant in the next 3 to 6 months, so we are starting now to look for a person who is an excellent fit. You will focus on the implementation of Cargas Energy software, assist with solution design of new features and enhancements, and help to support existing customers. The ability to handle multiple priorities, manage to deadlines, analyze various proposals and solutions, and a vision to see the end result and take the appropriate steps to get there are essential. You will need to have the ability to work independently; yet be able to work collaboratively within a team environment. You will be responsible for taking the initiative in driving new customer sales through our team oriented, solution selling environment. You must be able to work collaboratively to help achieve team goals, as well individual goals. The ability to build solid relationships with prospects and customers and the adaptability to speak to all levels of individuals in an organization are key. You must be able to analyze issues and overcome barriers in the sales process, juggle multiple priorities, and manage your day-to-day workload. We are looking for a person who is motivated by new challenges and loves continually learning.
