360 Degree Assessment

What you see is what you get. Or is it? Do you know if your leaders are good role models and good communicators of your culture? Do they motivate and inspire others? Some of their behaviors can be easily observed; however, how do their peers and direct reports perceive them?

Our 360 Degree Assessment is a tool that allows leaders to receive feedback from their supervisor, peers, direct reports, and even customers. Assessments are performed by an impartial and safe source, so you receive the honest and direct feedback needed to improve the leadership in your organization.

The 360 Degree Assessment captures specific feedback on an individual relating to the following skills:

  • Adaptability in the Workplace

The participant receives feedback in each of these areas as well as a Summary Report highlighting their strengths and areas in need of development. The Summary Report also identifies areas where there is a gap between the individual’s perception of themselves and that of the other respondents completing the survey.

All data and responses are kept strictly confidential and the Summary Report only reveals the combined results.
