Cargas is pleased to introduce the Executive Circle series. There are two Executive Circles to choose from:

• Senior Leadership
• Advanced Human Resources

The Executive Circles are designed to give you an opportunity to learn from a group of your peers. We provide a safe environment to discuss best practices, trends, business challenges, and successes. Individual topics vary and are driven by the wants and needs of the participants within that group.

Executive Circle members are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. This provides each group the security of straightforward and free-flowing dialog. You'll hear innovative ideas and gain practical information that is specific to your position. You will also have the opportunity to share challenges that you are facing and get ideas for possible solutions from others in the group.
