The system’s paperless and fully automated routing and dispatching streamlines and optimizes your driver’s day. Integrated with all major fuel meters, our innovative software running on durable, ruggedized tablet computers will assist your field personnel by automatically connecting to the meter, capturing every delivery transaction, shutting off the meter and immediately sending all of the delivery information to the back office with account information, pricing, time of delivery and much more. If will-call deliveries are a significant priority for your operation, Cargas Energy can dispatch them in real time to a driver’s mobile device. Where drivers would previously have had to write down will-call deliveries and look up customer address locations in a map book, now with a couple of clicks, they can look up a customer, add a delivery ticket on their device and get turn-by-turn directions via built-in GPS on their mobile device.
Delivery progress is viewable in near real time providing the office with an instant view of driver production, drop size and fuel sales. Additionally, the GPS data is integrated in near real-time to the back office system to provide up to the minute fleet tracking, with the option of replaying any part of the day’s routes on the map.

Cargas Mobile Service
Eliminate the need to pre-print work orders and have techs come into the office every day to pick up their work. Enabled by Cargas Mobile Service, service technicians receive all of their work orders electronically on their tablet computer and use the built in navigation and directions to start their day on the job site.
As the day progresses they simply code their work within the Cargas Energy Mobile Service application and the information is immediately updated in the Cargas Energy back office system on the interactive Service Dispatch Board and the customer account. Service technicians provide increased customer service and speed up billing processes by previewing the invoice with the customer, capturing their signature on the tablet computer, and leaving a signed copy of the work order behind for the customer. Work can be reviewed in near real time by the service billing department.
Customer Account information such as past delivery history, past service work and efficiency tests are all available at the fingertips of the service technicians using Cargas Mobile Service. Parts inventory is automatically relieved and updated on the van as receipts are entered or parts are consumed.
