Project Management
Project Management continues throughout the life of the project and is a crucial element to success. Your project manager will provide strategic and tactical project planning, manage details as well as the overall vision of your project, monitor project scope, budget and timeline and oversee and communicate project progress.

Planning
During this phase, we define the activities required to initiate and effectively plan your project. In addition, we identify how the software can best be configured to address your business requirements and how to design any necessary customizations and integrations.

Implementation
Here, we build and test software configuration and any customizations or integrations defined during the planning phase. Cargas Energy will be installed and set up, followed by any necessary feature development and testing.

Data Migration
Our approach supports conversion from legacy systems such as ADDS, Factor, Oil Pro, Access databases and custom built applications. We collaborate with you to identify, review and validate all conversion data before importing into Cargas Energy during this stage.

Training
Cargas provides hands-on personalized training across all layers of your business. Our instructors are well versed in both product functionality as well as effective training techniques. We offer comprehensive training guides as leave behinds and strive to instill a sense of confidence and system ownership in our training approach.

Cutover/Go-Live
This phase defines the activities required to close the project, including post go-live support and transition to the support contract. During this time, your project team will be on site to ensure a successful transition to Cargas Energy.
