T.J. Titcomb, PhD – Organizational Development Consultant

T.J. Titcomb joined Cargas Systems in 2006 and leads our HR consulting and training programs. She has helped organizations of all sizes manage change and prevent problems for more than thirty-five years. She specializes in leadership development, strategic planning and HR process improvement. Certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources, Dr. Titcomb holds a PhD in organizational development and a master’s degree in counseling psychology.

Drawing on her experience working in government, not-for-profit and the corporate world, Dr. Titcomb has provided training programs for organizations of all sizes in every sector. She has provided all the supervisory training for the County of Lancaster since 1993 and expanded services to Bucks, York and Dauphin Counties in the last few years. A popular presenter at regional and state conferences, she is one of the best known speakers in the area on workplace differences.
